Hey everyone! Today, I want to talk about something that I think a lot of people, kids and adults, can relate to and that thing is stress. Everyone has experienced stress once, whether is because of work, school, friends, family, relationships, etc. But the important thing about stress that we all have thought about is how to deal with our stress. I know that some people like to read books, take a walk, draw, or even take a nice nap during the day. The best way that I like to relieve stress and get things off of my mind is to listen to music. For me, music gives me time to think about things and relax. Sometimes I even like to listen to music and ride in the car or go on a walk. What are some ways you all try to relieve stress and relax?
